Water Cooler Features

High grade 304 stainless steel has been used to manufacture:

• Outer panels, base plates, lid, air grills, brackets and trough.

High grade 316 stainless steel has been used to manufacture:

• Chilled water coil.

• Water Cooler inner tank, drain lines and fixings.

Refrigeration system designed to work in 46°C ambient conditions.

Power lock out control isolates all power to cooler if any of the following safety devices are activated.

• Anti freeze safety thermostat control.

• Low temperature safety control.

• Low water level safety lock out control.

• Anti tilt power lock out control (if the machine is rocked or tilted).

Water coil & tank design

The refrigeration cooling coil and the stainless steel water coil are fitted separately within the 316 marine grade stainless steel inner tank of the water cooler.

The cooling process is achieved by use of a secondary cooling medium which is circulated around both coils.

This process of cooling ensures that the drinking water can not be contaminated by refrigerant or contaminants that may be introduced to the inner tank.

Filtered Chilled Water System

Twin Filtering system and water limiting valve ensure chilled    filtered water is supplied at a constant flow:

• Delivering 240ltrs of chilled water per hour, with no recovery time required to maintain water temperature.

• Equates to filling one 2 litre drink bottle every 42 seconds from one tap.

• Or two 2 litre drink bottles (4 litres) every 58 seconds from two taps.

Optional outlet connections allow for connection of:

• Ice machine, suppling chilled filtered water to increase ice machine productivity.

• Drinking trough designed for wheel chair access.

• Lower drinking fountain designed for children and fitted with rubber mouth guard for protection of teeth.

Water Filtration

 Inlet water is filtered through.

• 1 x Pre filter for sediment removal.

• 1 x Carbon filter for taste and odour removal.

Optional 3rd filter available for scale removal or when higher filtration is required.

Standard 10” filter cores are used allowing for alternative filters to be used to filter water to client requirements.

Filtered water passes through a 316 food grade stainless steel cooling coil, ensuring filtered, clean and safe chilled drinking water is supplied from the tap outlet.
